Dr Larry Benge - All-on-4® Dental Implant Surgeon - Next Smile Australia
Dr Larry Benge was the first person to perform All-on-4® Dental Implants in Australia. Since then, Dr Larry has completed more than 10,000+ cases. He is the main surgeon for Next Smile Australia Melbourne All-on-4® Dental Implant procedures.
Forever passionate about the art and business of dentistry, Dr Larry is one of the nation’s most respected dentists in the area of All–on–4® Dental Implants. He’s also been featured numerous times on television and radio.
Dr Larry (BDSc L.D.S, Melb) graduated in 1980 with first class honours in Dental Science from The University of Melbourne, having first completed a Bachelor of Science degree with honours at Monash University.
With over 40 years in dentistry Dr Larry’s practice now has an emphasis on reconstructive, aesthetic and implant dentistry, specifically in All-on-4® Dental Implants.
He was trained by the inventor of All-on-4® Dental Implants, Professor Paulo Malo, which means he performs the procedure at the highest possible standard of safety and effectiveness.
Dr Lauren Fowler
Dr Lauren Fowler has worked alongside Dr Larry Benge since 2016, with a focus on All-on-4® treatment and prosthodontic rehabilitation. She has trained extensively both domestically and internationally in prosthodontics and the All-on-4® procedure, including with Professor Paulo Malo, the inventor of All-on-4®.
She has restored hundreds of All-on-4® full-mouth rehabilitations at Next Smile Melbourne and now leads the Melbourne team alongside Dr Benge.
Maggie Topic
Maggie has been an integral part of the Next Smile team for more than four years, bringing warmth, care, and a genuine passion for patient wellbeing. Known for her kind and nurturing nature, she goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels welcome, supported, and comfortable throughout their treatment journey. Always happy to answer questions and provide reassurance, Maggie’s patient-first approach is at the heart of what she does.
Outside of the clinic, Maggie has a flair for fashion and a love of cooking, travel, and creating special moments with her family over delicious meals and fine wine.
Courtney Murray
With over 19 years of experience working alongside Dr Larry Benge, Courtney brings a wealth of knowledge and dedication to the Next Smile team. Having worked across many areas of the clinic, she has found her true passion in treatment coordination—guiding patients through their journey with care, clarity, and support. Courtney is especially focused on helping patients navigate finances, developing tailored solutions to make treatment more accessible and affordable.
Her approachable, can-do attitude ensures a smooth and reassuring experience for patients every step of the way. Outside of work, Courtney is a proud mum to two young boys and loves spending weekends at local sporting events, especially football and basketball.

Dr Saba Farooq - All-on-4® Dental Implant Surgeon - Next Smile Australia
Dr. Saba Farooq is the principal dentist at Main Street Dental Practice, where she has been caring for the Bacchus Marsh community since 2008. Passionate about dentistry and coming from a family of dental and medical professionals, Saba is dedicated to a holistic approach—treating the whole patient, not just their teeth. Her compassionate, patient-focused care is at the heart of her practice.

Dr. Saba completed her initial dental degree in Lahore, Pakistan, before relocating to Australia, where she has continued to expand her knowledge and skills for more than two decades. In 2004, she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Dentistry at the University of Melbourne, strengthening her expertise in advanced treatment planning and patient care.
With over 20 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Saba has worked across all aspects of general practice, from preventive care to complex restorative cases. In recent years, she has developed a special focus on full-arch rehabilitation using All-on-4® dental implants, helping patients regain function, confidence, and quality of life.
Her professional philosophy is simple: to provide exceptional care with compassion, integrity, and precision.
She has trained under Dr Larry Benge and Dr Tony Rotondo - pioneers of the All-on-4® treatment concept in Australia and Next Smile Australia.
